Supplier Portal
Know which contractors are buying, before your rep calls.
Find the most active contractors working in your territory, ranked by real permit activity. See who is busiest, who just started pulling permits, and who is worth a call this week, then send a quote request without leaving the list.
Month-to-month. No annual contract. Card required to start, cancel anytime before day 30 and pay nothing.
Counts as of August 28, 2026. Floor figures only, drawn from the same feed that powers the account list.
Built for the data-driven sales team.
Territory directories go stale the day they are printed. The Supplier Portal is a live account list, refreshed as new permits come in, built around the four things a rep actually does with it.
Rank accounts by demand
Accounts ranked by real permit activity, not a guess.
Filter by trade and region, sort by permit volume, and get a grade and a momentum read on every account so reps start with the busiest ones instead of working a list alphabetically.
Catch the ones just starting
New Movers: the moment relationship-building pays off.
A dedicated view flags contractors pulling their first permits in the territory and accounts accelerating fast, so your reps get there before a competitor does.
Reach out in one click
Quote requests and rep worklists, built into the list.
Send a quote-request email straight from an account row and hand the rest of the territory to a rep worklist, so nothing sits in a spreadsheet waiting for someone to follow up.
See it before the permit issues
Horizon: the pre-permit pipeline.
Team tier and up sees filings before they clear plan review, so a rep can be first in line the moment a project actually breaks ground instead of finding out from a competitor's truck.
No annual contract. On purpose.
Most construction-data platforms lock buyers into a one- or two-year agreement, because that contract is what keeps the revenue coming whether the data holds up or not. We do the opposite. Every tier is month-to-month with a 30-day free trial, so the account list has to earn its keep every single month or you walk. That is what believing in your own product looks like.
Month-to-month
No annual lock-in. Every plan bills monthly and cancels the same way.
Priced on the page
Pick a plan and sign up. No demo scheduling, no procurement call before you can see your own data.
Fresh, not annual
A contractor that goes quiet falls in rank; one that surges shows up in New Movers the same cycle.

Florida, broken into six regions
Questions sales teams ask before signing up.
What data powers the Supplier Portal?
The same permit feed that backs the rest of PermitIntel: 26M+ Florida permits on record across at least 245 jurisdictions, with every contractor resolved to a DBPR license where a match exists. There is no separate sample dataset behind the demo screenshots. What you see in the portal is the live account list.
How fresh is the account data?
Permit activity feeds the account list on an ongoing basis. A contractor that goes quiet drops in rank the same cycle; one that starts pulling permits shows up in New Movers instead of waiting for a quarterly refresh.
What is a region?
Florida is split into six sales regions, from South Florida to the Panhandle. A Solo plan covers one region; Regional and Statewide plans expand from there. Pick the region that matches the territory your reps already work.
Can I subscribe to more than one trade?
Yes. Each trade is its own subscription at your plan tier, so a distributor selling both roofing and HVAC materials runs two subscriptions, one per trade, each with its own ranked account list.
How many seats come with a plan?
Solo includes one seat, Team includes five, Regional includes ten, and Statewide includes twenty. Extra seats on Team are available a la carte, and Regional or Statewide fit teams that need more from the start.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Every plan is month-to-month. There is no annual contract to sign and no early-termination fee. Cancel the month it stops earning its keep.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days on every tier. A card is required to start the trial, and it converts to a paid subscription automatically at day 30 unless you cancel. Cancelling is one click in account settings, no sales call, no retention pitch.
Do I need the Data API to use this?
No. The Supplier Portal is a finished app: sign in, filter by trade and region, and start working the list. If you want the same account scoring inside your own CRM or tooling instead, that is available separately through the Contractor Supply Intelligence API.
Building your own tooling instead of using the portal directly? The same account data is available through the Contractor Supply Intelligence API, part of our API & Data catalog for developers and enterprise integrations.
