Pull a territory in one call
Ask for roofing accounts in Broward with at least five permits in the last twelve months and every account comes back with its demand picture: primary trade, permit count and declared value over the last twelve months, a momentum band showing whether it is growing or slowing, a letter grade, its rank inside the territory, and the contact details to reach it, including workers-comp coverage and carrier.

Built on the activity no one else resolves
National permit tools can tell you a permit exists. They cannot tell you that a specific licensed roofer in your territory pulled 55 roofing permits in the last year, is growing, and carries active workers-comp so you can extend net terms. We resolve the permit to the DBPR license, classify the work into a trade, and refresh it daily. The activity grade is a sales-prioritization signal, not a credit score, and every demand figure is a floor drawn from permits we have ingested, not a complete record.
