Marketplace lead sellers catch a homeowner at the last minute, after they already decided to hire someone, and sell that same homeowner to a pile of contractors at once. That is an intent business. This is not that.
PermitIntel Leads measures need. A permit pulled two streets over means a neighborhood in motion. A roof with no reroof permit in 17 years means a replacement coming, whether the owner knows it yet or not. Nobody is calling you with these. You make the contact: knock the door, send the mailer, make the call, with the property's permit history in hand before anyone else shows up.

Plenty of products will sell you a list of permit addresses. PermitGrab runs $149 for exactly that. Permit Ledger is $39. What they hand you is the address and a permit type, and the rest is your problem.
Our permits carry the license join: the contractor of record matched to their state license, with the best known email and phone. You see who is already working your territory, what the job was declared at, and which properties have gone 15+ years without a roof permit. That last one is a lead type no address list can produce.
Honest numbers, always
Permit records are never 100% complete, and we won't pretend otherwise. Every count we show is a floor: "40+ new permits this week" means at least that many are on record, with our per-jurisdiction coverage published openly on the coverage map. We only sell territories where permits are actively flowing.
