Sort by permits_12mo, value_12mo, or last_active and floor it with min_permits_12mo. The result is a territory list ordered by who is actually working, not who paid for placement in a directory.
The resolved join is the moat
Permit records name a business in free text, often misspelled, often without a license. We resolve that text to the real DBPR license using a multi-strategy matcher and verify it against Sunbiz, then attach the contact and coverage signals. You get a contractor you can call and trust, with no fuzzy matching left on your end.
