Bulk & Warehouse
The dataset, dropped in your own bucket.
When you need to join permits and contractors against your own models, an API call per row is the wrong shape. What we ship first is Parquet, written straight to your own S3 or GCS bucket on a refresh cadence you set, with the same resolved license join and verification signals the API returns. Teams already standardized on a warehouse get a Snowflake or BigQuery share instead, set up as a second step.
What ships
- ✓Permits, contractors, and the resolved license join as modeled tables
- ✓Workers-comp, lead-safe, and certification signals included
- ✓Parquet drops to your own S3 or GCS bucket, which is how we deliver first
- ✓A Snowflake or BigQuery share as the second step, once your team is on a warehouse
- ✓A refresh cadence you choose, from daily to monthly
- ✓A documented schema with column-level coverage notes
- ✓An SLA and a named contact
Why teams take the files instead of the API
Analytics and risk teams do not want to rebuild Florida permit ingestion, and they do not want to page through an API to backfill a model. A bulk delivery lets you join our data against your portfolio, your claims, or your underwriting tables directly, then refresh it on your schedule. The resolved join means a contractor lines up across every table without fuzzy matching on your side.
How it is sold
Bulk and warehouse delivery is the Enterprise tier, and it is a license rather than a plan you check out. It is set up directly so we can match the schema, cadence, and delivery target to your stack, and put an SLA behind it. We are not listed on a data marketplace, so a warehouse share gets provisioned to your account by us rather than subscribed to from a listing. Email records@permitintel.ai or start on the API to validate the data first.
